Immediately after payment is received, you'll be directed to my booking calendar where you'll choose your session time and date. Then you'll receive a contract, which needs your signature before our meeting. Once a balance is paid, it is non-refundable. After you book this session, Asia Dore LLC will reserve the date and time agreed upon and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients that will conflict with your date. For this reason, in the event that you cancel, all monies paid shall be retained by Asia Dore LLC in order to offset loss of business. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency or Act of God, email asia@asiadore.com. You agree to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled call.
